The Pharmacy Department provides services to patients and units of Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital, including Sydney Sexual Health Centre, the Langton Centre and Kirketon Road Centre.

A comprehensive clinical pharmacy service operates, which includes the supply of medication to inpatient and outpatients, drug information and aseptic dispensing. Specialties serviced by the department are ophthalmology, hand surgery, drug and alcohol, HIV and sexual health.

The department is located within the grounds of Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital and a pharmacist is based at the Langton Centre in Surry Hills.

The department is open from 8am – 5pm, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 9am – 5pm on Wednesday.
