Several private and public bus routes service St George Hospital or nearby areas.

Timetable information is available from the Sydney Buses web site for public bus route 476 (Rockdale to Dolls Point via Kogarah and Sans Souci) and public bus route 477 (Rockdale to Miranda via Kogarah and Sans Souci).

Private buses run from Hurstville and Roselands and stop outside the Emergency Department on Kensington Street.
