Quality and Accreditation

South Eastern Area Laboratory Services (SEALS) is committed to achieving quality throughout the organisation.

SEALS laboratories are fully accredited for safety and reliability. All laboratories are:

• accredited to the NATA (The National Association of Testing Authorities) / RCPA (The Royal College of Pathologists of Australia) laboratory assessment program;

• certified through NATA Certification Services International (NCSI) to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000, which means our customers can be confident that that we are able to provide and consistently maintain a quality service, with continual improvements;

• Microbiology Tissue Sterility Testing, Serology and Nucleic Acid Testing laboratories hold Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) licences providing services to cord and tissue banks;
