The Nutrition Development Division provides client-focused clinics four days a week, including three off-site clinics enabling those clients unable to attend the Albion Street Centre to obtain expert nutritional care and support
Clients may be referred by
- the Albion Street Centre clinical staff
- external GPs
- any external health care providers
- self referral
The dietitians work closely with all members of the health care team including physicians, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
Clients attending these clinics receive a full nutrition assessment which incorporates
- dietary intake analysis
- psychosocial and lifestyle factors affecting nutritional status
- use of nutritional supplements and complimentary therapies
- drug nutrient interactions
- Body composition analysis is provided using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)

To make an appointment with a dietitian please call (02) 9332 9600. The nutrition clinic is open Mon-Thurs. The clinic hours are 9am - 5:30pm Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am - 6pm Monday and Thursday.
