Rehabilitation, Aged & Extended Care

The Rehabilitation, Aged and Extended Care Service provides inpatient and outpatient services throughout the Illawarra region in conjunction with the hospitals and community health services. These services are co-ordinated from Port Kembla Hospital and are available throughout the Illawarra.
