The Health Promotion Service is committed to improving the health of our local communities. Our staff are located at several offices throughout south eastern Sydney and the Illawarra (see contact information).

Health Promotion is one of the services within the Division of Population Health which, in turn, is part of the Directorate of Population Health, Planning and Performance of South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health Service. We are funded by NSW Health and South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health Service.
